At Calexico Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original invoice documentation is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
